Personnel management: data collection, processing, use and transmission for your own purposes and to fulfill statutory social security obligations.

insofar as this data is required for the proper performance of tasks. All employees are obliged once a year to maintain data secrecy and data protection in accordance with Section 5 BDSG and to maintain professional secrecy. External bodies,
which are activated for the orderly business transaction as well as for the orderly fulfillment of the purposes named under No. 4.

4. Standard periods for the deletion of the data
After the statutory or contractual retention periods have expired, data that is no longer required will be deleted. If data are not affected by this, they will be deleted if the above-mentioned purposes no longer apply.

5. Data transfer to third countries
No data transmission to third countries is currently planned. If a data transmission should be necessary in exceptional cases, this will only take place in accordance with the legal admissibility requirements in accordance with. §§ 4b and 4c BDSG.
